i had abit of difficulty falling asleep last night and i think it could due to a number of reasons;
1. faizal was working overtime and thus we couldn't have our daily ritual conversation before my shut-eye. I think it has become such an ingrained habit that I can't sleep unless we have it.
2. I had a caffeine overdose. But this is highly unlikely since i had my cuppa around 8pm... way too early for it to affect my sleep, dontchathinkso?? ;p
3. My younger bro was watching the japanese horror-flick Ju-On on vcd in our room last night after dinner. I didnt watch the first disc much becuz I've never been a fan of scary movies but I DID manage to catch a significant portion of the second disc... I think I was too enraptured by the enigmatic storyline to NOT watch. Anyhow, I think the damage done by the movie was irreparable; whenever I closed my eyes to sleep, I kept having flashbacks of scenes in the film... especially the scary parts! *shudder*
Ohkie.. i admit! I'm a dastardly coward!! But seriously these three factors must have had a hand in my sleeplessness last night. Now I'm gonna pay the consequences. . . i wanna sleep someMORE but i gotta rush off now cuz i've gotta accompany my bro fer his appt at 2pm.. & it's already 1!! ARGhh!!!
