i'm very exhausted. Took 178 from woodlands regional interchange back to my place just now and it was a good an hour-plus bus ride. Actually, "good" is definitely NOt the most accurate word to describe it; "bad" or "boring" would have been more exact. Fortunately, buses do tend to go abit faster at night than during the day, so thank god for that! I could have taken the mrt back to lakeside but i was feeling a tad adventurous and since 178 goes directly to my neighbourhood (though it's a ten minute walk from the 178 bustop to my block), i thought "what the heck, let's give it a go~!" Will someone please remind me not to pull off that stunt again anytime soon??? LOL

anyway, the whole purpose of the trip was to meet up wif my significant-other so that we could discuss and clarify certain issues which have been plaguing me lately... Eversince my significant-other uprooted to woodlands, my life has taken a dramatic turn-around from socially-active to anything between socially-very-much-less-active and socially-inert. oh well, one must'nt complain too much really because we are still living together in the same country, at least, and singapore is just one tiny island. It could have been worse... However, i wish things wouldnt have to change so much..

As of right now, i'm feeling abit drained (did i say something of similar effect already??) from all the bus-travelling i did today. yes, i'm not a big fan of travelling.. i'd rather stay put in one place. Nevertheless, i must admit that the sky overhead woodlands interchange has got to be one of the best spots in urban singapore for star-gazing. ;-)

PS: was gonna write about something really meaningful & profound but decided i'm much too brain-dead for that tonight.
