With my blogging frequency at an all time high of ONE entry per week, it's no wonder then that it seems like a dead zone by now. Anyhow, talking about the word dead, the death toll from the tsunami disasters has passed 121, 000 as of a couple of hours ago. It seems almost a sacrilege for me to talk about it here in my bloggy in such an offhand manner especially since more than two hundred Singaporeans are still reportedly missing. I dare not imagine the grief and anxiety felt by relatives and friends as they wait for news of their missing loved ones. It has been almost six days since the earthquake and tsunamis struck; surely the chances of finding survivors amongst the chaotic aftermath are slim.
What a sucky way to usher in the new year...
