You made me feel like a princess in a fairytale...These were amongst the exact words expressed by model/VJ/host Desise Keller on the season finale of Eye For A Guy before she dumped geeky but sweet Howard for German hybrid heart-throb Wolfgang. Frankly speaking, I never doubted for a second what her choice would be.
Consider the fact that a) Howard only got a peck (yes, that was what it was. NOT a kiss..) whereas Wolfgang got the whole she-bang with tongue-action, b) Denise admitted feeling more "passion" with Wolfgang and she just seems the sort who would want that kind of a relationship, and c) Wolfgang and Denise had been caught holidaying together in Bali a couple of weeks ago where they seemed more like lovers than platonic friends.
The latter is most likely a publicity stunt to boost the dismal ratings of the show (a scandal always works wonders for a reality tv show) but the result was so predictable, I shouldn't have bothered tuning in to see what the fuss was all about in the first place. Furthermore, Denise should stick to her day job of hosting; acting is just not her forte -- She uttered her scripted lines with such corny conviction (like an actress from some cheesy soap opera), I almost puked my dinner in disgust.
I should be thankful, however, that one of the most excruciating series made by local TV has finally ended its run. Those who really wanna see a good quality local English programme should try watching My Sassy Neighbour. Patricia Mok is hilarious no matter how unfunny her lines are! LOL
